All orders are processed after confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type, order quantity, and availability.

Single or standard products: Delivered within 4–7 working days
Bulk orders: Dispatched within 24–72 working hours, subject to stock availability

Within Karachi: Orders are delivered within the standard timelines mentioned above.
Outside Karachi: Delivery time depends on the destination and distance. The estimated delivery timeframe is shared with the customer after order confirmation.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order size and delivery location and are communicated before dispatch.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery.
